This app is not user friendly. After the "upgrade", I figured I needed to get used to it. Over a year, or more & it's still a pain. There's NO option on the Mobile app to add a Payee. You have to use a laptop to add a Payee. Also, my son-in-law opened accts & got a car loan. He's tried to make extra pymts on his car loan to principal only, but there's no option to select that anymore. It was a feature before, because my daughter had a car loan then & was able to specify pymts to principal only.

I like how I don't have to log in to see balances, but that's about it. I do not like how it no longer shows an ACTUAL account balance with pending transactions figured in. It makes it seem like there is more money available than there actually is, which can cause people to overdraft and be charged fees. The overall layout is also not very user friendly. Go back to the old layout, it was much easier to use.

This new app has been frustrating, definitely not an upgrade. I never had balance issues with the previous app. I was also told my card settings for all cards wouldn't allow for overdrafts. Since having this new app, it is showing inaccurate balances without rhyme or reason & caused overdrafts twice by not showing the accurate balances! I still don't even know how it allowed overdrafts! I hate leaving negative reviews, but this needs fixed. This update was the farthest from an upgrade possible.
